  • This course will give you a private space to share with like minded Mumma’s who are going though the same feelings, emotions and struggles you are.

    You will develop new tools and put together some boundaries to help keep you in your lane.

    You will discover some strength that you thought was gone and you will face some things that you never thought possible.

    You are never alone and you will be bonded with a group that will support you through the toughest of times.

  • You will need a mobile phone, laptop or computer as the course are live each week in a group of 10 Mummas, we all can see each other and get to know each other, very personal while building a strong bond with your group, a bond that will go on forever.

    This is not just a online course that you have to struggle with on your own, you will sign in each week and a link will be sent to you click onto it and it will take you to the live web chat room .

  • It is a struggling time but there is no cost on our wellbeing and sanity and we will endeavour to support you though our Facebook page.

    We do offer some limited spots through a scholarship program - you can email us to discuss further.
